If Fibre Optic is available to you, and you wish to buy one of the packages, all we need is your name, address, passport / NIE and your payment method (which we only take over the phone)
Symmetric Speed means you get the same speeds both for downloading and uploading. So if you chose our Yellow Package at €34.90 per month you will get 100MB download speed and 100MB upload speed.
Yes, there is an installation fee of €70 (€85 for Blue & Green Packages) which includes a WiFi router.
Yes, each package includes landline rental and free national calls to landlines and mobiles.
Yes you can - If you find you need more (or indeed less) speed for your internet package, just inform us before renewal which package you would like to switch to.
Fibre Internet Spain are green friendly! Every month you will receive your bill by email. We also keep copies of all bills if you misplace one.
To check your package speed use an online services such as Speedtest.net. For the most accurate results connect your computer to the router with an ethernet cable.

If you already have ADSL you can switch to fibre - just contact us with your address details and if you can receive fibre in your area we'll send a technician out to change your connection and install a fibre optic WiFi router.
